Our Black Friday campaign for Hey Harper marked a bold shift in creative direction for the brand. Spanning brand, social, digital, and web, the campaign delivered over 100 unique assets each tailored to different channels and audiences.
This multi-layered approach represented a significant step into creative diversity, moving away from conventional digital playbooks. Through testing and iteration, TIG discovered several high-performing creative formats that delivered strong results, most notably a marked improvement in ROAS across paid channels.
The campaign not only elevated Hey Harper’s presence during one of the busiest commercial periods of the year but also laid the groundwork for a more dynamic and performance-driven creative strategy moving forward.
